(Jeremiah 1:5) “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”
(Jeremiah 29:11) “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Bless it be the name of the Lord, my awesome readers! I pray that you’re weekend is filled with God’s love, joy, peace, and protection. There’s been a lot going on in our world, especially with the tragedy taking place in Israel, but that’s another post. Nevertheless, let’s keep them all uplifted in prayer. The topic I want to discuss is something that is always touchy, which is why I never spoke on it, but that was before I became a trumpet for the Lord. Now, I feel like it’s time to speak about it. I’ve always been against abortions, regardless of the situation. Yeah, you may think I’m insensitive or don’t have a clue about what it’s like to have an abortion, and you’re right. I’ve never been in that predicament, but the scriptures above clearly state that God knows us before we are conceived and that He has a plan for us. Therefore, when a life is taken away before they’re given a chance to live it, the plan that God gives them isn’t fulfilled. Is that even fair for the child? No, it’s not! It’s selfish and cruel. If you are offended by this, sorry, not sorry. You don’t have to read my blog. It irks me when I hear women say ‘My body, my choice’, which is inaccurate. According to 1 Corinthians 6:19, our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit Who is in us. Our bodies are temporary, but what we do to it and with it, whether good or bad, God will judge. In most of my blogs, I stress how imperative it is to read and study the Word, not only for spiritual wisdom but also to learn the schemes of the enemy. Satan is after our children, and abortion is one of his evil scams to get rid of them. However, if you don’t read the Word of God, you won’t know that. Why should the good Lord bless us with any more children if we’re not going to appreciate them? In one of my blogs, I mentioned that our children belong to God and that He is entrusting us to care for them and show the love that He shows to us daily. His greatest love was surely demonstrated through our Savior Yeshua Hamashiach. We all think that the 6th Commandment only refers to murdering another human being, but what about an unborn child? Anyone with a heartbeat means that they’re alive. Surely, a woman aborting her baby isn’t exempt from breaking the 6th Commandment. Sorry, not sorry. I understand that some women encounter a man under the influence of the enemy who attacks them and causes an unwanted pregnancy. However, did the child tell the man to rape its mommy? No. So, that makes the unborn child just as much of a victim as she. Kids don’t ask to come into this world, they’re here for a purpose, and God has a plan for them. This subject causes debates and sometimes friction, but I didn’t write this to debate or argue. I want to speak my mind based on the Word of God. I would love to read your feedback, though, so comment below. Until next time, may the Lord bless thee and keep thee. Love y’all with the love of God. Shalom.
